We have partnered with The HR Suite for the last six years and speak to them on a very regular basis. They are a great sound board. They are there for professional, reasonable, and excellent HR advice on a day-to-day basis and we really value their advice.

I am the head of HR with Corrib Oil since November 2021. We have been involved with The HR Suite from that time, working very closely with Brid and Laura on any sounding boards that we need when we’re looking at the big clangers that come in the door, making sure that we’re following process and that we’re giving good practice and fair procedure. We work very closely with Cathy as well on L&D, looking at the bespoke training needs of Corrib Oil across the business from leaders right across, looking at workshops, roleplay, what they need and what has worked for us so we have a great relationship with The HR Suite and we plan for that to continue into the future.

I am the HR Director at Odyssey Social Care, which is also a member of the Broadlake family and we have been with The HR Suite for just over five years. The support we have from The HR Suite is amazing. We utilize all the services from training to individual requests to support with meetings and investigations and cases. We avail of audit support and policy updates and I just think they are a huge benefit to the organisation. We had the opportunity to run a few courses from The HR Suite for our members: the feedback to their training has always been very positive. The workshops are clear, engaging and interactive throughout. The facilitators are friendly, professional and always available to discuss the contents of the courses and our expectations/needs. It has been evident that the team at the HR Suite has put great effort into identifying gaps, into designing relevant and useful workshops, they have been very responsive last year during the pandemic, in particular with their Business Continuity programme. Since 2021 The HR Suite has worked closely with us to create a bespoke training program for individuals within our organisation, at the beginning of 2022 we relaunched the training program with great success.  The aim of this training was to identify and improve soft skills of those working in key roles across our company.  Cathy and the team were able to develop and deliver training that was specific to participants needs by taking the time to build relationships and by understanding the complexities of our business

Our credit Union has undergone significant changes in recent years. The HR Suite are our hr and training support and deliver a professional, efficient service. Our dedicated account manager has in depth knowledge of the financial services and credit union sectors and therefore has a strong knowledge and understanding of the hr and training requirements of the industry.
