Cookie Policy

Last updated: 08.30.2024

The HR Suite respects the privacy of all visitors to our website. This is our policy on the use of cookies on www.thehrsuiteonline.com. We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect any changes in technology or legislation affecting the way we use cookies and how you, as a user, can manage them.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. The cookie allows the website to “remember” your actions or preferences over time. Most browsers support cookies, but users can set their browsers to decline them and can delete them whenever they like.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also helps us to improve our site.

Types of Data Collected

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, to analyse traffic and usage trends on our website. GA4 helps us understand how visitors interact with our site and improve our services.

GA4 sets cookies on your device to facilitate data collection. The data collected may include your IP address, user interactions, device information, and other usage data.

Purpose of Data Collection

We use the data collected by GA4 to:

  • Improve website functionality
  • Understand user behaviour and preferences
  • Enhance user experience
  • Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns

Consent Mode

We use GA4 in conjunction with Consent Mode, allowing us to adjust data collection based on your consent preferences. You can manage your consent preferences via our Cookie Consent banner, which allows you to control whether analytics cookies are set. You may withdraw your consent to cookies at any time.

Data Sharing

We may share the collected data with Google for analysis and reporting purposes. Google may also use this data to improve their services.

Data Retention

The data collected via GA4 will be retained for 14 months, after which it will be automatically deleted.

The maximum amount of time that Analytics will retain Google-signals data is 26 months, regardless of your settings. By default, Google signed-in data expires after 26 months. However, if the Analytics Data Retention setting is set to anything shorter than 26 months, the Google signed-in data will respect this shorter time frame.

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request the correction of inaccurate data
  • Request the deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict the processing of your data

Managing Cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via our Cookie Consent banner. Additionally, you can disable cookies through your browser settings. For more information on how to manage cookies in your browser, please visit http://ec.europa.eu/ipg/basics/legal/cookies/index_en.htm.
