Course Overview
This informative and interactive modular development programme is specifically targeted at supervisors, to further develop and enhance core management skills, with a focus on coaching and the GROW model as the core for developing a coaching culture in organisations.

This modular development programme is spread over 3 modules:

Module 1 – Self-Development
Module 2 – Managing your Team
Module 3 – Managing Task

The Learning Experience

This course will be delivered virtually, and the facilitator will introduce group discussions on the above topics to further enhance the learning, play video clips and reference best practice articles. Learners will be required to complete pre-reading in advance of some of the modules.
