OVERVIEW

Course Overview
This course is designed to provide learners with an understand of what is menopause and the effects it has on someone who is impacted by it.
If you are impacted you will gain confidence to talk to someone with out fear so that the right supports are made available.

If you are a colleague you wil gain knowledge and tips on how best to support your peers without judgement.

If you are a manager, gain skills to work on creating awareness in the company about this very real challenge. Provide nessary and reasonable support to ensure the person experiencing symptoms feels supported while business needs are being met.

Learning Experience
This course will be delivered virtually, and we will reference typical case studies throughout the training, to enable learners to gain a ‘real life’ insight into how to deal with scenarios in the workplace.
