This informative and interactive modular development programme is specifically targeted at managers, to further develop and enhance core management skills, with a focus on coaching and the GROW model as the core for developing a coaching culture in organisations. Learners will be required to complete an Online Personality Questionnaire prior to commencing the programme. This will form the foundation of the development programme and will be referenced throughout the 3 modules:

The Learning Experience
This course will be delivered virtually, and the facilitator will introduce group discussions on the above topics, which will be focused on best practice articles, and video clips. Learners will be required to complete pre-reading in advance of some of the modules.
