OVERVIEW

This course is designed to give learners an insight into the importance of effective communication, active listening, body language. This course will also cover the area of giving feedback.

Attendance: Maximum 12 per session
Duration: 1 hours

LEARNING EXPERIENCE

This course will be delivered virtually, and we will reference typical case studies throughout the training and will encourage facilitated group discussions and include video clips.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Upon completion of this course, learners will:

  • Gain an understanding of how effective communication is an essential tool for all employees and managers
  • Develop a greater understanding of the different types of questions when communicating (i.e. open questions)
  • Understand the importance of active listenting
  • Learn tools and techniques for giving feedback
