Our Change Management course can be “off the shelf” (see course outline below) or tailored to meet your needs. Many of clients experience varying degrees of change within their organisations, from restructuring through to implementation of new processes or business units.

Gain: This course is designed to give learners a comprehension insight into the areas of a change process, barriers for change and how to successfully manage, communicate and drive change within an organisation, regardless of the nature or size of the change project. We also explore how effective communication is a key component to embedding change successfully. The course also addresses post change and how to rebuild cultures.

Purpose: Gain skills to effectively manage transformation and change in business in a general capacity, but also more specifically around HR related change such as redundancy, TUPE and restructuring.

Develop an understanding of the importance of managing performance, highlight the positive effect of feedback on your team, and how it positively impacts team performance and morale.

Audience: This course is specifically designed for managers, leaders, HR professionals and business owners, who manage people, transformation and change.

The purpose of change management is to implement strategies for driving effective change and encouraging employee buy in.
